Welcome to bike friendly Long Beach.  This website is your one-stop guide to bicycling in Long Beach.  It will help you discover the many great places to ride your bike in Long Beach — our beaches, our parks, our diverse neighborhoods and our bike friendly shopping areas.  It will point you to the multitude of bike related events held each year in Long Beach ranging from the monthly Kidical Mass rides to our bike festival held each May. And it will help you navigate the bike facilities in Long Beach, including the green “sharrow” lanes in Belmont Shore, our bike boulevards and the downtown separated bike lanes for car-free travel.  

The site also offers residents and visitors interesting places to ride and access to free or low-cost training and activities. And, finally it will give you important advice and tips on how to be safe.
