Bike Long Beach programs are designed to improve the safety, health and economic well-being of our community.

To build and encourage a thriving bike culture, the community needs a dedicated team of leaders and skilled riders to join the movement. By offering classes + workshops for all ages, great rides around the City, and incentives from local businesses, our city is joining together to create a safe and sustainable vision for bicycling and walking as transportation, but also a way of life.

Whether you are a first-time rider learning the rules of the road, a college student looking for a fun Saturday get-away, or a visitor seeking out a bike to tour the sites and sounds of the city, there is something in Long Beach for everyone.

Take advantage of the many free bicycle safety rodeos, special discounts and safety tips. Read more about them:
